Shanghai Technical Transfer Exchange

Shanghai Technical Transfer Exchange (STTE) set up jointly by Ministry of Science & Technology of China and Shanghai People’s Municipal Government is the first state-level permanent technomart in China. Its mission is to promote technology transfer transaction and hi-tech products trade among different regions, business sectors and organizations both at home and abroad, and to provide services and conveniences for accelerating industrialization and commercialization of scientific achievements.
